The Marketing Operations Coordinator reports to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and works closely with the Chief Marketing Officers to support the day-to-day management and operation of the marketing department. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support a wide variety of activities, including coordinating marketing team onboarding for new hires, maintenance of marketing intranet materials, coordinating the marketing mentoring program, preparation of reports, and production of presentations required by the marketing management team.
The Marketing Operations Coordinator works closely with marketing, learning and development, and finance personnel to foster an environment that drives operational excellence. It is essential that the coordinator is detail oriented, collaborative, and willing to learn.
