The Marketing Technology Coordinator for CRM supports the firm’s contact relationship management (“CRM”) platform, electronic marketing management tools and other related systems. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data and mailing lists within these systems and for executing the processes and procedures related to their use. S/He coordinates data quality management procedures and works closely with the appropriate resources to process contact, company, activity and other data. S/He contributes to the development and delivery of training programs as well as provides support to internal resources. Along with the rest of the CRM team, the Coordinator serves as an ambassador for the technology, people and processes related to CRM by encouraging its use and best practices.
