  • Summary

    The Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting various performance appraisal processes and is also responsible for providing required support to the Evaluation and Compensation of Associates and Counsel Committees.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor firm wide performance appraisal processes held throughout each year, including US and International associates, staff, and counsel
    • Partner with HRIS on reporting, auditing, testing and formatting of performance management system
    • Coordinate various book and PDF assembly projects, such as, but not limited to, partnership consideration, counsel review, , and associate compensation
    • Assist in the management of all non-partner lawyer compensation and communication, supporting the Evaluation and Compensation of Associates Committee and Counsel Committee where required
    • Update and maintain certain lawyer files
    • Draft various letters and communications such as, but not limited to, independent contractor agreements and various lawyer offer letters/agreements
    • Prepare and update process calendars throughout the year
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum one year experience in Human Resources
    • Experience with online performance appraisal systems
    • Knowledge of business office operations, of filing and administrative clerical operations
    • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
