    Practice Group Assistant is an opportunity for an entry level path into a paralegal career. Therefore, graduates with a Bachelor’s degree and a Paralegal certificate who are looking for an entry level Paralegal role within a large law firm are encouraged to apply! 

     

     

    The Practice Group Assistant will support attorneys and paralegals by providing administrative and organizational support to their assigned Practice Group.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide back up support for the Paralegals within the Practice Group
    • Maintain the organization of document files, both hard copies and electronic, including data entry, database searches, extranet uploading, internet research, hard copy sorting
    • Maintain filing system for Practice Group
    • Special assignments as assigned by Practice Group

    Education and/or Experience:

     

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

     

     

    Preferred:

    • Paralegal Certificate
