Summary

This position reports to the Manager of Compensation and Analytics and is responsible for working closely with Compensation Analysts to analyze and monitor employee compensation as well as various other data including, but not limited to diversity, attrition, and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create ad hoc analytic reports from Sidley’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Gather and complete data for analyses for special projects
  • Compilation and input of compensation related survey data
  • Create compensation budget information on an as needed basis
  • Assist in annual Firm salary review processes and Firm bonus calculations
  • Administration of performance appraisal and salary administration programs
  • Compilation and creation of ongoing diversity analyses
  • Run various monthly reports and create office breakouts
  • Test various compensation, performance management, and analytics related systems
  • Completion of various project work as necessary

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel

   

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation related field
