The Strategic Planning Financial Analyst will support the Managers in the Strategic Planning and Analysis Group and will work with personnel in all of the Firm’s offices and at various levels throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst will work on projects in areas including: responding to RFP's, developing and analyzing client fee arrangements, data mining efforts, budgeting exercises, reporting support for our partners and marketing department and assist in hourly billing rate maintenance. The Financial Analyst will also be involved in developing process improvements at both the Firm and office levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support managers in data mining efforts and in building pricing databases.
  • Support efforts to manage the Firm's client discount and alternative fee arrangements, including analyzing the economic impact of various arrangements and working with the Client Arrangements team to document and implement the Firm's client arrangements.
  • Assist the Marketing department in practice development initiatives by providing information and analysis.
  • Assist in supporting partners in responding to the pricing component of RFPs.
  • Perform maintenance and regular audits of standard hourly billing rates.
  • Provide analysis and information to support client and matter budgeting and reporting needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of various Firm and office initiatives.

Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced capabilities and knowledge of PowerPoint.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a client facing position or a professional services firm desired.
