The Conflicts New Business Operations Specialist (CNB Operations Specialist) will play a lead role in developing systems and processes related to conflicts analysis and resolution, new business intake, lateral hire onboarding, and management of engagement terms with firm clients. Leveraging analysis of internal and external data sources and an in-depth operational knowledge of the conflicts and new business intake process, the CNB Operations Specialist will work with key stakeholders to develop reporting and analytic tools used to encourage compliance, increase standardization, and develop greater automation. Additionally, the CNB Operations Specialist will play an important role in applying emerging technologies to enhance business processes by using data-driven analysis to inform decision-making.
