The Client Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the management and supervision of the Billing Help Line day and evening staff. The responsibilities of the Billing Help Line team include, but are not limited to, time entry support, time and cost maintenance, client matter maintenance, personal accounts management and ad hoc reporting and analysis. The Client Accounting Supervisor will oversee the Firm’s nightly finalization business process and provide backup coverage as needed. The business hours for the Billing Help Line are M-F, 8am-12am CST.
