Digital Learning Coordinator

Summary

The Digital Learning Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Learning leadership team and other Learning & Development professionals to support and implement the firm’s Digital Learning curricula.

The Coordinator is a member of the Digital Learning team within the firm’s global Learning & Development (L&D) team and reports to the Digital Learning Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Learning Program Coordination

  • Own the scheduling and logistics for the Digital Learning team’s onboarding and technology training programs firmwide. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating facilitator coverage, creating course schedules, booking and setting up conference rooms and virtual meetings, and ensuring delivery of training materials.
  • Facilitate select programs as directed by the Digital Learning Manager.
  • Coordinate the execution of additional learning initiatives under the direction of the Digital Learning Manager.
  • Review training outcomes and learner feedback to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements for future learning programs.
  • Manage attendance tracking and program completion of learning programs, including scheduling follow-up sessions for participants and producing reports on training metrics.
  • Serve as the quality lead during training sessions, ensuring appropriate setup, attendance, and maintaining the quality of materials.
  • Coordinate and attend planning meetings and calls with the Digital Learning team, other internal stakeholders, and vendors.

Project Management

  • Maintain and coordinate updates to the Digital Learning project tracker, ensuring tasks are accurately captured and aligned with project timelines, as directed by the Digital Learning Manager.
  • Support the Digital Learning Manager in organizing and maintaining project documentation, keeping materials current, well-structured and easily accessible for future reference.

Communication/Documentation

  • Draft and coordinate the review and distribution of communications including firmwide emails, announcements, surveys, and learning resources.
  • Manage and update email distribution lists in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely outreach.
  • Coordinate the proofreading, editing, formatting, and updating of training materials­–such as instructor guides, presentations, handouts, workbooks, and assessments–to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and planning sessions, contributing to the coordination of team efforts and continuous process improvement.
  • Create and maintain structured documentation of training programs, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Technology

  • Work with technology platforms including Cornerstone (Learning Management System), Workday, intranet, and conference room booking system to ensure scheduling, recording, and reporting of learning programs.
  • Manage shared Outlook inboxes to support efficient communication and coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to training programs and technology platforms.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Target Salary Range

$70,000 - $77,000 if located in Illinois

Education and/or Experience: 

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or program management in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Experience coordinating programs and/or events
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with others at a distance as well as in person

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project management skills and/or experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and evaluation strategies
  • Experience working in an internal training/learning department
