Working alongside the HR Director, the HR Manager is responsible for a range of human resources activities in support of the California offices including employee relations, strategic planning, policy interpretation, employee benefits, and onboarding / offboarding. The HR Manager serves as a leader and is the go-to resource for the California management team on human resources related issues.
